  129. To install WinTickler, use Windows File Manager or select "File | Run"
  130. from the menu bar and run SETUP.EXE from the distribution disk or
  131. directory.  SETUP.EXE will copy all necessary files to the destination
  132. directory that you specify, and create the necessary Windows program
  133. group and icons.
